2. We Are Not a Lender
Trusted Loan Path is NOT a lender, loan broker, or credit decision maker. We do not make loans or credit decisions. We are an affiliate marketer that connects consumers with third-party lenders, including lenders partnered with Round Sky, Inc. and/or Lead Stack Media, Inc.
We may receive compensation from lenders when you submit a loan request through our Site. This compensation does not affect the terms offered to you by the lender.
3. Loan Request Process
When you submit a loan request form on our Site, your information is transmitted to lenders in our network for review. Lenders make their own credit decisions and set their own terms. We do not guarantee that you will be matched with a lender or that you will receive a loan offer.
4. Eligibility
To submit a loan request, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be a U.S. resident
- Have a valid bank account
- Have a verifiable source of income
5. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when submitting a loan request. Providing false information may result in disqualification and could be a violation of law.
6. No Guarantee
We do not guarantee that you will be matched with a lender, that you will receive a loan offer, or that any loan offer will meet your specific needs. Loan terms, including amounts, rates, and repayment periods, are determined solely by the lender.
7. State Availability
Loans may not be available in all states. Availability and terms vary by state and are subject to applicable state and federal lending laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
Trusted Loan Path is not responsible for the actions or decisions of any lender. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our Site or any loan obtained through a lender in our network.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
